Unclaimed packages are charged in full as the bags are personal and cannot be resold. So if for some reason you cannot collect your package in time, you can always contact e.g. DHL and ask them to extend the layover time. If the package is returned, you can contact us and we will help you get the bag sent again against shipping cost.

How do I know which size to choose?
We usually provide all our products with a size guide. If you are missing a size guide, contact us via the "Contact us" form or email info@stella-zoe.com
How do I enter my discount code?
If your discount code is not entered automatically, you can add the discount code at checkout.
When you get to the checkout page, scroll to the bottom. Under the heading Order summary, you can enter your discount code. Enter the code and press the "Apply" button.
You should now receive an updated amount with the discount deducted.
Will shipping be added to my order?
No, we do not charge any extra shipping within Sweden.
