Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Certain products are made to order or may be temporarily out of stock and need to be sourced from our supplier. In such cases, processing time may be extended by up to 14 additional business days. If your order is affected by an extended processing time and this is not indicated on the product page, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

  • Free shipping on orders over 100 SEK
  • 29 SEK flat rate on orders under 100 SEK
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

European Union (25 countries)

  • 89 SEK flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Norway

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Please note: Norway is outside the EU. Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Switzerland

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped to Norway and Switzerland, customs and import duties may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
